Tax
Whether you are an Individual, Sole Trader, Partnership or Limited Company, you may be required to complete a tax return of some sort. We can help you do this.
A Limited Company will be asked to complete a Corporation Tax return, again, we can do this for you.
All tax return submissions are done online.
We also give tax advice.All service supplied will be confirmed in writing, along with the fee. On request, we will breakdown our fees so you know exactly what you are being charged for.
Payroll
We provide a Payroll service to all those clients requiring their payroll calculated for them. It does not matter if there is one employee or hundreds, we will run a payroll for you at a reasonable cost - a fraction of the fee it would cost you to run by employing a payroll clerk.
On completing your payroll we supply you with payslips, and reports for your records in line with HMRC requirements. Our software is HMRC approved.
Payroll can be charged weekly or monthly depending on your requirements, and we don't charge a setup fee like some of the other payroll bureaux.
Accounts
We can compile accounts from your records and explanations for a very reasonable fee. We carry out complete and incomplete record work to a high standard.
On agreement of the draft figures, we will issue you with a copy of the figures for your own records.
This service and our fee is confirmed in writing under our promise to you, so there are no nasty surprises once the work has been done.
Bookkeeping
It is essential that you maintain correct and proper records. We supply a Bookkeeping service - either manual or computerised records, at a very reasonable cost.
Stay in line with HMRC requirements by having your books compiled professionally.
This service can be paid for monthly or a one off payment depending on your requirements.
Vat
An additional service to all new and existing clients. On keeping your 'books', we can also do your vat returns for you. On compiling the figures, we send you an email containing the return figures for agreement. Once agreed we will submit them for you electronically.
All you need to do is make your payment when required.
Our fee can be charged monthly, quarterly or as a one off payment, depending on your requirements.
Company Formations
In line with Companies House regulations, we are able to form Limited Companies, search for your chosen name, and advise you on setting up your own Limited Company, providing you with all the various services you may require on formation such as Company Secretary work, Accounts preparation, taxation, vat registration, registering as an employer, just to name a few additional services we can supply.
On request we will breakdown our charges for you in our letter of engagement, so you know exactly what you are being charged for - that way there are no nasty surprises once we issue our invoice for the work carried out for you.
